Monument Re group is a growing international insurance company established to operate as an asset intensive reinsurer and acquirer in Europe. To strengthen its operations team, Monument Assurance Belgium is looking for aSenior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Employee Benefits and with a very good professional knowledge of French and English.

Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities: 
  • Represent the operations teams in the ongoing Employee Benefits projects, including migrations;
  • Collaborate with all internal and external parties involved (such as Operations, IT, Change, etc) by developing a relation of trust;
  • Ensure policy administration is compliant with applicable legislation (incl. first line AML formalities) and company guidelines and procedures and  support the business with defining actions;
  • Analyse and formalise the requirements for improving the policy management system;
  • Prepare and execute tests of processes and calculations in order to check and ensure quality and reliability of developments;
  • Implement all changes, improvements and follow-up of bugs of the policy database to ensure accuracy, efficiency and optimal functioning of the database; 
  • Elaborate guidelines and procedures, support their implementation, inform and train users of the policy management system on new developments;
  • Support all required reporting and declarations to be done (payments, fiscal reporting, AML, FATCA, reinsurance etc);
Role Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor Degree in economics, management, computer science or similar with minimum 10 years of relevant experience as business analyst and/or in project management in Employee Benefits;
  • Extensive experience in Employee Benefits;
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and interest in IT;
  • Professional knowledge of French and English, Dutch is an asset;
  • Analytical mind, eye for detail, solution oriented, enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active;
